I read somewhere that balcony seats sucked. Our definitely did NOT! I'm glad we didn't spring for $$$. Got good view of everything, including massive video effects.
Lot was signed as full, but guy with clipboard in driveway will give you a ticket for validation at a nearby lot.

There is underground parking under the theater. Enter on the street with the B of A at the corner. Entrance is on the left in the middle of the block--going down. There is an elevator is you need it
Parking is a dream at Mountain View Center for Performing Arts and free.

All seats in the orchestra are good. I was seating in the last row center and I was very happy.
