Inside the winery, Crushpad maintains a temperature and humidity controlled barrel room, a cold room, an in-house lab for wine analysis and our own bottling and labeling machine. The winery utilizes some of the most state-of-the-art winemaking equipment available on the market, including a vibrating sorting line for double sorting and computer programmable bladder presses. During the grape harvest season, Crushpad offers a fully immersive winemaking tutorial at its Crush Camp sessions. Participants will work alongside professional cellar hands and winemakers on top-quality wines currently in production to sort, de-stem and crush grapes, analyze different grape varietals, and punch down fermentation bins.
