Map and Directions
The Purple Onion is located at 140 Columbus Ave. between Jackson and Pacific in North Beach, San Francisco.
Parking on the street can be very difficult in North Beach. There is an entrance to a parking lot next door to the Purple Onion. This is a good option.
Taxis are plentiful on Columbus after the show.
The 15 3rd , 9 Folsom, and 41 Union busses all provide service within one block of The Onion.
Handicap Information
Access is a bit difficult. There are 10 stairs to go down.
Handicap seating may be available.
