Parking in Fremont can be a challenge. If you are not familiar with driving in Seattle, you might want to take a boat load of patience with you before the show. We drove around and around for about 15 minutes looking for a spot. But before giving up all together and heading home frustrated, I stumbled upon a small pay lot. I decided it was better for us to pay a small fee than to drive around and miss eating dinner before the comedy extravaganza. To get there, take a left at the first light south of the theatre. It will be in the left hand side of the street close by. Take cash because there's no electronic machine to take your $10. As an added bonus, the Fremont troll that lives under the bridge is only a few walking blocks (east, then north) away from the lot.ComedySportz info • Apr 24 2014 star this tip starred

The doors open at 7pm for the 8pm show...we thought we would need to be there super early - so we ended up spending 45 minutes walking around and enjoying local shops, ect. No need to be there an hour early - the community and little stores are awesome. If you have kids that are small...I would advise to hold them close to you, the sidewalks are narrow and the foot traffic is as busy as the streets are. My son kept bumping into people left and right...we normally don't make him hold hands as he has a pretty good handle on directions and crossing streets in our neighborhood but he was confused and dazed by all of the traffic and people on the narrow sidewalks...so we held hands the whole time.ComedySportz info • Apr 05 2014 star this tip starred
