Excellent evening. Loved the venue ... great sound!

A joyous evening of song. Great group of musicians and a superb vocalist. Seeing the group at the Broad was special treat. The sound could have been mixed better but it was still wonderful

The artists were great, but the program was misadvertised,. The only be-bop was in the title of a mediocre piece about 2 dogs. The high point was a fine performance of the Schumann Piano Quartet--but that was hardly in the time line of "Bartok to...continued

The Second Presbyterian Church. has wonderful acoustics and is a heritage site. The instrument combination of flute and saxophone worked very well and the selection of music, mostly classical, was interesting.

the opening duo was good, but my daughter was so bored we didn't even stay for the lead group. The audience was VERY small (about 3/4 of the floor was empty.)

Pretty odd music. Was a bit like steve reich, I like electronica and new forms, but it was too out there for me.

Awesome! I had so much fun! The band is really outgoing, and Makes everyone of all races and types dance!

First Part was very good and interesting.
Second Part was awful.

Quite impressive, with great variety of sounds/songs. It was interesting that the crowd was all French and that they served champagne at intermission.

It was an enjoyable concert; Lionel Loueke does amazing things with his voice. However, I would have liked a little more jazz.

Great jazz. A little more of an introduction from pianist would have been appreciated.

Renee Rosnes led a great band.

Po Girl and its opening act are both Canadian musicians and they are really great.They play several different and some unusual instruments and their music is interesting and original. I hope they return soon so that we are able to hear them again.

2nd Pres is a National Historical site, well worth visiting.
Easy to find and ample free parking next to the building and across the street. Will look for other Sounds of the South Loop performances.

The show was too short; just about an hour. I expected the time to be more in line with other shows at 54Below. It was raucous and fun, but wish there had been more singing/singers.

With no emcee or host one was left to try to figure out what movie the song might be from and with no introductions no idea of the names of the entertainers. The weakest show we have attended and quite disappointing. Also ...continued

The performance was wonderful. It was not the type of musical group that you see often...... especially all brass! The gentlemen were talented, funny and informative. It was a great evening
