For Customers with Purchases for Events Impacted by the COVID-19 Crisis

If you've purchased tickets for a show that has been postponed or cancelled recently, we've been slower than usual in resolving them. We appreciate your patience, and we are working to get everybody taken care of as soon as possible.

The purchase price for tickets to cancelled events either have been or will be returned with a full credit plus an extra bonus of 10% in your Goldstar account. This credit never expires and the bonus is good for a year. It can be used on anything on the site (including our current donation campaigns in support of our venue partners), and apply automatically when you make a future purchase.

If you don't see the credit in your account yet, that's because we're working through shows chronologically, but rest assured, it's on its way.
