Comedian Mark Curry launched his career as the star of ABC's "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper", which premiered in 1992 and lasted for five seasons. Since then, he's been the host of "Showtime at the Apollo", starred in Comedy Central's "Don't Forget Your Toothbrush", appeared on BET's "Coming to the Stage" and more. Born and raised in Oakland, Curry came up in the Bay Area's comedy scene, but today he travels the country performing stand-up for his adoring fans.
