The biggest problem with this performance at the OCPAC was the sound, which was quite poor. At the beginning the orchestra overpowered the actors and singers so they could not be heard adequately. Then for the whole performance much of the...continued

Excellent singing and acting.... however, we could not understand much of what was spoken or sung in English or Italian from where we were sitting. Very well done staging.

Thanks for making these tickets available on short notice. It worked well for us. The seats were pretty good, considering the short notice, at thre rear of Orchestra. We appreaciate every package that Goldstar has put together.

Great! Scenery was fabulous, and actors couldn't have been better - all the leads sang out so loud (and beautifully) the rafters rang.

Took my son-in-law (who'd never seen a play before) and his wife; they loved it. Hope to bring them to many...continued

Wonderfully-designed sets capture the feeling of Florence, Italy. Furthermore, a few good songs and excellent performances by the actors saved this play from being a complete snore.

However, "The [story] wasn't so hot / it didn't have much of...continued

This show is such a great romantic love story. Even though part of the dialogue and songs are Italian you can still feel the passion/love between the various characters. You can get the feeling of what's taking place between the various...continued

I had wanted to see this production last summer when I was in NY but my daughter had already been to the Kennedy Center to see it. I was happy to have the opportunity to go yesterday. Our seats were good and the play was wonderful. I loved it!

The show was beautiful, better than I expected. I would see it again if it were here longer.

Great seats, however the play was not something worth seeing again. Most of the cast was great except for the lead (Clara's mom). It seemed like she couldn't decide which accent to land on, which made it difficult to understand everything she was...continued

The play was awful - but that is not Goldstar's fault. As far as the seats were concerned, we felt we were on an island. There was no one in front of us for several rows - now one besided us for about eight seats on one side and no one from our...continued

Good storyline, however the music did not serve to enhance it.

It was the perfect Mother's Day gift! My daughters and I took my Mom to this delightful production. What a thrill to have Broadway right here in Orange County.

I would describe this as a light romantic comedy with slow moving plot reflecting it's historical setting in 1950's Italy. Quite a bit of the performance was in Italian, making it a bit hard to follow if you don't speak the language. An...continued
