one of the best classical repertory companies in the world. The Tharp peice was breathtakingly beautiful , with exquisite costumes and upbeat fun music. The Etudes was a painstakingly technical peice that showed off the flaws of the dancers. Better...continued

I enjoyed American Ballet Theatre as always, however the seats were not what I expected. Too far back and to the side.
And the price I paid ($20/seat) was the actual price of the seating on the ticket. No GoldStar discount there!

Etudes was incredible. The Tharp full of fantastic dancing but not much of a work.

Marcelo, Marcelo, Marcelo!! How long are those arms? They seemed like a mile long! Saw you in Othello at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion not so long ago and you come and WOW me AGAIN! Twyla Tharp's piece was very interesting and enjoyable, specially...continued

Ethan Steifel was incredible as usual and the Music for Rabbit and the Rouge was Incredible. Danny Elfman's work never fails to delight. However, If there was a story to that ballet, It was not communicated properly.

Etudes was just plain...continued

It was a great "first" experience attending a ballet. Surprisingly, I enjoyed Etudes a bit more than Rabbit and the Rogue--which seemed to maintain a high level of intensity rather than ebb and flow like Etudes, but both were delightful. The...continued

Great classical piece "Etudes", danced with warmth and amplitude by a radiant and technically assured Irina Dvorovenko.

Marcelo Gomes is the standout among "Rabbit/Rogue" by Twyla Tharp. Underutilzed are Xio Reyes and Jose Manuel Carreno.

The American Ballet Theatre usually gives a dynamic performance. This doesn't disappoint. A little bit of classical (with Etudes) and a little bit of whimsy (with Rabbit and Rouge) - it's very different. What a deal. Seats were great for the...continued

Awesome technique...beautiful dancing...great seats. We were given seats in row G of the orchestra, seat #1 and #2. Just couldn't see some of stage left.
Danny Elfman and Twyla Tharpe are geniuses!

I only saw "Etudes" (did not stay for the Tharp ballet bec. I don't care for her work). "Etudes" was wonderful. Xiomara Reyes was floating in the air on pointe work. The corps de ballet is a bit out of sync at times. But the piece was very...continued

Beautiful night at the ballet. "Etudes" showed ABT's technical power and "Rabbit and Rogue" was a great new modern piece. Both were very enjoyable to watch.
