This was a great space and the service was good. The Elijah Jamal Experience is a great, passionate group of young musicians on the rise! They performed a good set, with arabesque and Latin hooks. Hope to see and hear more of them in the future.

Fantastic performers! The only complaint I have was the place was too hot (temperature). Nonetheless, I had great seating, and I love the atmosphere of Twins!

I bought a ticket but did not stay for the event. The restaurant was beyond hot, and it did not seem worth it to stay. Seems like it could have been fun, I find it to be horrible business practices not to respect your customers enough to give them...continued

The music was great! There was a very engaging band that night.
The food, on the other hand, was not very good at all. None of us were able to find something we liked. And the service could have been better. We ended up having to go to the...continued

I have never been to a jazz club where a band was less respected. I went to an 11 p.m. show that was sparsely attended, with a handful of small groups near the stage, a large group across the aisle from us, and a couple behind us. The large...continued

The band was OK at best. Service was pretty poor. The space was empty and the overall atmosphere was pretty depressing for a Friday night. Not impressed at all.

Listening to Buck Hill's quartet is an absolute bargain with the goldstar discount. For enthusiasts of jazz with a strong bebop bent, you have to see and hear Buck's live set!

One word of caution is to attend the 9PM rather than the 11 PM set,...continued

We had a great time sitting right up front next to the band. Unfortunately Mr. Hill was not in top shape, but the other musicians made up for it.

Music was awesome, but the set was way too short.

Being my first time at Twins, I found the atmosphere favorable for jazz. The lights were dimmed, the tables are the right size for a small group or couple, and the service is good and not distracting. Rolando Matias and his band were full of...continued

Akua Aldrich gave a stellar performance! The venue was intimate, Twins Jazz Club is small but inviting. Unfortunately the service was slow to order, to receive the drinks and to pay. At least the performer was top rate!

I thought the venue was really nice and cozy. The service was a little slow, I think because they mainly had two servers. The were very polite. The food was okay, not enough seasoning for me, but not bad. The music was excellent. The reason I...continued

Watched a jazz trio (drums, bass, sax) from about 10 feet and was stupendous! Tons of energy, lots of improv, great overall sound. $10 minimum/person but my friend ordered a $9 drink and the server just charged her an extra dollar, which was...continued

I was not aware of the significant history of the twins jazz.

I enjoyed the performance from the start to the end. It was a young group. They were full of life, the music was up beat. They dance and and engaged the audience in their songs. I wanted to get up and dance. That was fun. I wanted more....continued

My date was not thrilled however I felt Twin Jazz has a nice vibe. I hope they change the policy about having to purchase $20 worth of food items I think this is not a good policy.

Venue is small and intimate. The host provided the audience a protocol to follow in order to limit disturbances.
The Luis Faife Quartet members were talented, but IMHO, lacked cohesion, as though the group was brought together an hour before the...continued
