It had been a few years since I last saw Brent Weinbach perform, but he's still as hilarious as ever. Very dark, intense, weird, twisted stuff. Not your usual comedy club fare... which is a good thing, in my book. He is a unique talent in the...continued

We have been going to the Punch Line on Friday nights to heal us from the week of abuse at our jobs. This was the first time we felt slightly ill instead of better. The middle act was like seeing Gallagher's grandfather.
He was predictable and...continued

Brent is an original. Go and see him for some original content. This is not your average talk stand up. This is very original routines and material. Warning: be prepared to feel uncomfortable and laugh at yourself for feeling this way!

Was expecting a solid stand up comedy performance on Halloween night & instead, witnessed a lack of direction/wit. The opening acts for the headliner were weak and not at all funny.... Perhaps, these stand up comedians were tired.

This is my second time seeing Brent Weinbach. He had both old and new material, and I enjoyed it all! I took a couple friends with me that night, and they too really liked every minute of the performance.

This was my 3rd time seeing Brent and it's been about 3 years since I last saw him -- his material is great and I am glad he still kept in the "pork bun" joke. A classic! My friends and I had a fun time. Moshe Kasher was awesome too.

maybe it was a weird crowd but ALL the comedians were bad! I think the atmosphere is strange. I have tried to give this night club several chances but never seem to have an enjoyable night. My guest and I actually left before the show ended. I...continued

I don't think that the crowd was off, but perhaps the previous reviewer wasn't familiar with the style of comedy that was presented. The headliner, Brent Weinbach, was the 2007 receipient of the Andy Kaufman award. If you're looking for a "git...continued

I like Brent's humor because it is deliberate, intellectual, and well thought out. The humor he is able to craft out of his everyday life experiences is so funny and real. And comedy is just one part of his performance along with song and music...continued

The Punchline Comedy Club is a smaller place. They have a lot of great comedians there. Brent has a weird, creepy kind of act..the sense of humor I enjoy most. Very talented and unique.

Brent is unlike any other comedian I've ever seen. He's not afraid to be bizarre, yet he also understands how to work the crowd. I'm amazed at the interactions we all had, and how well the audience followed along. I don't think the woman next to...continued

Brent Weinbach is hilarious! He had me crying, I was laughing so hard. His show was well worth the price of the ticket. Ray Molina's intro and hosting was pretty good. The 1st act was not so great (a young, super thin white male with crazy...continued

Funniest set I have seen in a Comedy Club in years, or maybe ever. So off beat and bizarre and ironic and hilarious. I'm such a huge fan and so happy I saw this SF Sketchfest event live!

I've seen Brent many times, and I'm always a little worried that he's going to go past the "so weird it's hilarious" threshold and into "just plain unwatchably weird" threshold, but instead he manages to get better and better each time. I had a...continued

This is my third time seeing Brent Weinbach and I thought it was a great show. He had about 80% new material from the last time I saw him, which was less than a year ago. Two thumbs up!

Ummm.... I'm pretty sure that Moshe Kasher and Brent Weinbach are two of the best comedians that San Francisco has to offer! They had me laughing so hard that my abs hurt for days afterward, seriously, it was like a workout. They are like a mind...continued
