Wonderful performance and fabulous directing! The reality effect they were able to achieve with minimum sets was just phenomenal! If you want to enjoy the inspiring texture of directing even more, I'd recommend getting tickets further away from...continued

OMG, this was the funniest, best play I've ever seen! I got free tickets from Goldstar on Facebook, and think I'm going to buy tickets to go see it again!

First, again, this play was fantastic! Three of us went and all three of us loved it! ...continued

This play is HILARIOUS!!! The fact that 4 actors can effectively play 150 parts at a rapid fire pace and make them ALL believable is incredible. The blatant references to many of the great Alfred Hitchcock films, not to mention his famous...continued

Loved it - Loved it!! I didn't know what to expect when I got the ticket, but I've always loved Hitchcock, so I was intrigued. You do not have to be a Hitchcock fun to enjoy this show, you might not get the fun references to other Hitchcock...continued

A really fun night at the theater! The talent was incredible, with 4 actors managing to keep straight in their head what must have been over a hundred characters! Lots of humor throughout the show, and lots of Hitchcock references! I'm no...continued

I cannot state emphatically enough how much I enjoyed this play. The actors were superb, the amount of scenes they were able to create with the minimal set design, the humor they impart in every scene. I never stopped laughing, I never stopped...continued

Great, fast-paced fun! Better if you're familiar with Hitchcock films, but wildly funny in any case.
See this show!

Funny, Funny, Funny! This was my first Hitchcock play and it was wonderful. The cast of 4 did a brilliant job. Loved all the props and scene changes. Amazing that the whole show was only 4 people. And although these were free tickets and were...continued

39 Steps is a total hoot! You don't even need to know your Hitchcock to enjoy. It is a fast-paced, romp of a ludicrous plot. Reminds me somehow of "Noises Off". Spoofing both film and theatre craft this show starts like any other and then just...continued

Inventive and very funny with great performances from a mad quartet of actors. The Ahmanson is a bit too big for this intimate comedy, but it still sines, none-the-less.

I recently saw the old Alfred Hitchcock movie "The 39 steps" and the modern version on TV. So I had the background to really enjoy the play. It is very creative and very funny. My companion and I laughed out loud many times. The actors were so...continued

Fun night. Cast was great and highly inventive. Great seats too - better than we have with our season subscription at the Ahmanson!

Ahmanson Orchestra seats, even at the back of the Orchestra, were close enough. Funny show with some great comedic and physical comedy. Loved it! I'm sure it works as a thriller/mystery but the focus on comedy made it a nice escape.

A fabulous fun-filled night at the theatre. Non-stop action, filled with clever allusions to Hitchcock’s many films and slap-stick physical comedy. The talented cast of 4 seamlessly slip between characters at lightning speed. The most fun I have...continued

One of the funniest shows we've seen. A small cast, the barest of sets, and yet the troupe pulled off what seemed like a full-scale production. And the little homages to Hitchcock films throughout the show was hysterical. Definitely see this...continued

This play was a blast! Amazing talent! I highly recommend seeing this while it's still in town :) I really wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Goldstar seats were good (mezzanine). Parking downstairs $9.00 (cash only).
