The room, which was located above the actual cheese store, was set-up in a classrom-type fashion, with all attendees facing the front podium. Laid out, in front of each guest, was a selection of 7 Irish cheeses, 1 glass each of white & red wines,...continued

I enjoyed this class, but was not what I expected, as it was hands on for the stretching process but did not include the curd making. Grace our teacher was knowledgable and a good instructor. Seemed to be a good couple class, as there was little...continued

Good value w the Goldstar discount. Love cheese, the folks at Murray's were friendly and helpful, and the speakers really made the night, esp when one of them (a guest cheesemaker visiting from Ireland) showed us photos from her farm back home. :)

Murray's is about cheese but this event talked about cheese and beer pairings. It was very informative and enjoyable. The pairings worked, I liked it a lot and would do again

Fun and tasty! Didn't realize there was also a whiskey paring, which was appreciated and inebriating. Make sure to have a snack beforehand because you will be ravenous by the time you leave. It was nice to shop after the class in a nearly empty shop.

Great high-engagement session that includes learning about soft cheese and tasting it at first and later trying to create your very own mozzarella to take home to your loved ones. The best part is you get some extra curd to re-create the process...continued

The format was the same as the last class at Murray's I went to. But that is a good thing, since the classes are presented professionally, and casually at the same time. The brewery expert and the cheese expert were both extremely knowledgable...continued
