Had a very enjoyable Friday night, Event was very well organized, informative and fun. Loved receiving the recipes next morming via e-mail with alterations that we discussed.

I got exactly what I wanted--hands on instruction and plenty of practice in using my big scary knife. I feel much more confident and competent. A very well done class.

I had a blast! They had a great menu and Chefs Liz and Adam were extremely informative. We learned how to chop properly, sharpen our knives, and flip an omelette! I would definitely go back for another class.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at this laid-back, but interesting class. We both picked up a few new techniques and recipes, sampled some great food, and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Cheers to Chef Liz!

Really fun class! The chef was very informative. This class was definitely a beginner's class and taught basic skills. Parking is metered street parking, pay until 8pm. The class finished a bit after 9pm. I would go to another class at Cook LA!
