This was exactly what it said it was, a party! I felt like I was a guest at a good pal's home, along with his 3,000 other best friends, being entertained by our delightful host, Jason Alexander, and of course the brilliant Martin Short. Wonderful...continued

The reason I rated the event as "OK" was because it was VERY hard to understand the performers. We sat fairly high in the balcony and the sound wasn't good at all. I'd say we missed about 90% of the dialogue. When leaving the show, I found...continued

Great show! It was a lovely revisiting of all things Martin Short and the additional talent he had on board was amazing. My favorite part of the Martin portion of the show was seeing him revive Ed Grimley and the bagpipes scene. He's still got it!...continued

We were sitting in the balcony at the Saban Theatre for this performance. The sound system was very poor and many people around us were complaining. We probably only heard 50% of the dialogue. Perhaps the rennovations in the theatre are not...continued

It was a delight to spend a evening with this funny, charming man and his friends! I didn't love the location, but I would go see Martin Short anywhere!

Show was a series of sketches, songs, impersonations and classic video clips, like Monty Python meets The Carol Burnett Show. Lots of hits and misses with what appeared to be loosely written premises with room to "adlib" However, Martin Short ...continued

A fun but minor evening, akin to being invited to Marty's house. Hopefully some day the full FAME BECOMES ME production will be staged in L.A., but for now we'll take this silly bon bon of a night.

Had a great time. First time seeing Marty live and he did many of the characters he's known for and had others perform as well.

Any time you can see true showmen like Martin Short and Jason Alexander live on stage is an event not to be missed. Marty was hilarious as always...even at 60 he still has the energy he had on on SCTV almost 30 years ago. And performing so soon...continued

This was an appalling rip-off, perpetrated by some great talents to be sure, but it was so unscripted as to be beyond dull. Far too many of the live sketches were dated and offensive, while the best part of the evening consisted of videos of...continued

It was disappointing. There was not much Martin Short in the show. There was a lot of filler, and much of it seemed ad libbed. It was like listening to an off the cuff interview. It was not worth the money.

Martin Short and Jason Alexander interacted with, responded to and talked with the audience in a way which made even sitting in the balcony where I was feel like being at a more intimate occasion. Martin's comical improvisations for the audience...continued

Marty Short still has it!!! Jason Alexander and his guest stars were stupendous. My sister and I loved the video shots they showed in between the skits. It was worth every penny we paid for the show. The plus is that we got a discount to see...continued

I loved the show but unfortunately missed many of the punchlines. I thought it was just me, but as I was walking out I heard a number of people saying the same thing . i was sitting up in the balcony, but it would be nice of you could hear even in...continued

It was really fun. Marty did some of his famous characters. A light and fun event.

THE ACCOUSTICS ARE TERRIBLE IN THE BALCONY SECTION. STOP SPENDING MONEY ON INTERIOR COSMETICS AND IMPROVE THE SOUND QUALITY.

To be fair to Martin Short, Jason Alexander and the team, my expectations were probably a bit too high for a show that was most likely just "thrown together" as a fundraiser, for a cause I was very happy to support. With the exception of a few...continued
