I think it meant more to those of us who remember those years. I am not sure that my adult son enjoyed it, certainly not as much as my husband and I.

Music(band on stage) seemed to drag at times. Some of vocals seemed weak-perhaps the acoustics at Keller was the problem.
Key performances were very good. This production seemed much longer than original, with more focus on war/peace.

Good acting and music, but often too loud and somewhat disjointed. It was opening night, so perhaps more familiarity with the venue will make for better performances.
