We set sail to whale watch on a beautiful day - blue skies and calm waters. We only saw one whale but we had several dolphins chasing the boat at one point, which was exciting. What was disappointing is that the boat was overcrowded - there was no...continued

A really awesome experience!!! The weather was perfect during the weekend, so we were very lucky! We got to see SO MUCH on this trip, including a lot of gray whales! They are spectacular to see. It was also such an adventure trying to find them as...continued

As with any animal viewing trip, there is no guarantee that an animal will show. We were able to see a few whales from a distance, using their blowholes. At one point, one actually jumped up and it was a sight to see! Eventually, several other...continued

Captain needs some training in responding positively to children's excitement when the first whale is viewed. They were told to be quiet so as not to interfere with his speech (narration to passengers)..I believe this was an inappropriate comment.

Did not go to Coronado Islands due to problems with new Mexican regulations. Crew was extreamly helpful. Boat was a fissing vessel not suited to whale watching (not enough seeting). A six hour trip was way too long without going to the islands.

Excellent. We saws dozen gray whales. We followed four right next to the boat and saw them breech spout and swim. The capital was fun and informative. I recommend H & M for whale watching!!!

Gift from my godchildren & family. They loved it! I've been before, was a wonderful way to spend the day. They didn't see too many whales up close, however, the dolphins & sea lions were a real treat.

I'd been on the 6 hr. before--very...continued

Great trip with a very good Captain. Followed a group of 4 whales and were able to see them at a reasonably close distance. Also saw 2 humpback whales.

It was a nice time but the boat was too small with too many people on it. Only so many could actually view whales since the whales were all at the front of the boat and everyone didn't fit in the front of the boat.

The captain and his deckhands were so great! They not only took us to see three different groups of whales but they also told us info about what was surrounding us in the harbor on our way out to sea. It was fun learning what all of the different...continued

The dialogue which was supposed to educational was weak at best. It consisted mostly about bragging about past trips. We were kept out an hour and fifteen minutes late which blew our Valentines Day dinner plans and created a transportation...continued

The weather was very grey and the seas were rough. So many people got sick that we could not get in the galley for a hot chocolate. We saw about a dozen spouts but that was it. Very disappointing. Watch grey whales at the IMAX.
