OK, so you really have to be a fan(espcially at this juncture) to spend $$ in this bad economy on stuff like this.
The promoters(Creation Enetertainment) have been around forever and were in charge of the very first conventions back in the...continued

I love Star Trek, and this event wasn't horrible, per say, but the quality of this event in terms of logistics, organization, and scheduling left a lot to be desired. Don't believe the description ("This weekend will feature a fantastic array of...continued

I was really disappointed.
One, it was so small, like 20 booths, with a lot of repetition.
The hall was really the only thing going on - I'm not sure what I expected but this was a waste of $20. Actually $40 because I made my wife come too...continued

I was very disappointed! There was one room and I saw Nichelle Nichols and Leonard Nimoy speak but that was it. A few things to buy but you had to pay to get close to the 2 actors and pay (a lot) for a picture. Why didn't they at least show the...continued

It was super small and not what I expected. Although for a few neat items from the vendors...iron man lunch box!

Had a great time. William Shatner is such an entertaining speaker, thoroughly enjoyed him. The hotel didn't have enough parking to accommodate the crowds, but we were able to find parking nearby.

It's true this really is just a money-making maching for the event promoters. But if you go in knowing that (& get tix for $8 total each w/fees, as I did thru Goldstar - yes!) then this is quite enjoyable! LOVED listening to William Shatner talk...continued

This was my 2nd day of attendance at my first ever Star Trek Convention. The key to having a good time is to not expect too much, just go to enjoy the speakers and consider everything else a bonus. This time I went to the vendor room (which I'd...continued

After a lifetime as a fan, I finally went to a convention. I had the expectation of vendors and costumes and seeing the cast members. I also thought there would be "break-out" sessions in rooms for discussions, script information, "science of...continued

It was ok, rather small venue I thought. I really only came to see Spock so it was worth the $25.

Usually I write short reviews, but reading all the various comments, I better say more. First, I spent only $10 for admission- AWESOME! Parking was validated- EXCELLENT! Next, I found out I had to pay for autographs and photos with the stars-...continued

Not a Star Trek fan but was still disappointed! The event looked more like a shabby flea market than a "convention". Sure the tickets were cheap but we were expecting more of an experience.

It was a lot of fun. Not too much happening on the first Friday, but we enjoyed.

This was my 16-year old son's first Star Trek Convention. We both enjoyed it. I've been to previous conventions and this was very similar. We went on Saturday and heard from the special guests; Nichelle Nichols, Leonard Nimoy, Richard Arnold...continued

First Star Trek convention since the 80's & the last. i was not impressed. The dealers room was smaller. Less autograph stations and more standing in line. High prices for autographs and photo ops. Not worth half what I paid.

Excellent guests and speakers. Creation entertainment provided great entertainment between the speakers and a place to buy event related items.

The Convention wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be (only 2 Klingons) but it was lots of fun nonetheless. Lee Meriweather was charming and funny. The Ferengi were hilarious. and meeting Shatner was the treat of a lifetime. He was also very...continued
