We enjoyed the play. The actors were outstanding and the play was serious but also very funny.

A wonderful show laced with humor and the very realistic human side of a not-so-perfect family. I would give Mike Nussbaum 5 stars and the show itself 3 1/2.

Loved it! Performances were great - funny, poignant. I think everyone can relate to this family and feel as if they're a part of it. The set really helped the show feel intimate. Go see it!

Most of the cast was terrific, particularly Mike Nussbaum and the two young men who played the Jerome brothers. The set was impressive, the direction, acting and execution were first rate. Though a bit dated, this is still a very good play that...continued

It's always a joy to see Mike Nussbaum on the stage. The cast was OK, but the actress playing the mother was miscast. After viewing this, it is obvious that Neil Simon's work doesn't hold up. 20 years ago he was the the toast of Broadway, but...continued

Thoroughly enjoyable theatre experience. The acting was superb and the setting was very unique and worked well. Overall, the play was quite good, though more serious than expected, but there was sufficient comedic humor to keep it from being...continued

Excellent play. Would mention that the player is 2hrs 45mins. which does include a 15 min. intermission.

I really enjoyed this play, and for some reason I wasn't expecting to, even though I have really enjoyed the other Neil Simon plays I've seen. The actors were really good; particuarly Carmen Roman as Kate, and Mike Nussbaum as the grandfather....continued

Acting,set design,sound,lighting-superior!
Witty dialogue could not sustain the 2 hour and 40 minute running time!
Theatre seats have great leg room but they are EXTREMELY narrow and I am a small woman. Bring a parka, the air-conditioning blows...continued

This is a terrific play - 1 of the best. However, I cannot give it a well deserved 5 stars because, even though, there were printed & audio warnings, there were cell phones ringing, everywhere in the theatre, EVERY 5 to 10 minutes. Warnings...continued

We enjoyed the comic elements of the play, but found the serious subplot of marital infidelity too serious in tone. (This is a fault of the book, not the direction.) The actor who played the grandfather had great timing and delivery of lines. ...continued

For some reason, I thought that this production would be done as a musical. It was not. It is a semi-biography about the character becoming a success in getting to Broadway. The performances of all of the characters was excellent. We were sitting...continued

Okay - if you are into watching a disfunctional family smearing their religion into your face this play is for you. Tough to watch so we left during intermission.

Not a bad seat in the house with the staging and it was a full house. Loved the grandfather but everyone was wonderful. Only 1 intermission during the performance but you didn't really notice. Haven't been disappointed with any of the...continued

The material is depressing, several actors did not project their voices, and the seating in row H, section 2 was smaller and more uncomfortable than any coach seat on any airline. Even shoulders were overlapped! This is the first time we have ever...continued
