I love this play & have seen it many times before, but this was not a well done or believeable production. The interracial families do not translate for the times. A black mother with a white child just doesn't come across & as a matter of fact...continued

Though I have quibbles here and there with this production (why leave the distracting house lights on during the first act?), overall it was well done and very moving. The soda scene was brilliant, thanks to Wilder's writing and the wonderfully...continued

I was surprised how much I enjoyed this classic. The story is timeless though what was most surprising for me was Wilder's foresight and daring. The staging was remarkable, given when Wilder wrote this. And the casting this time around was...continued

Our seats were not as premium as in the past - had a little trouble understanding all the players. Generally, the 4 of us enjoyed the show. The racial mix was a bit disconcerting, but the acting was wonderful, as always. Summer parking in Old...continued

This was a good production of this classic. I appreciated how it was staged. Only one comment regarding the placement of characters. For audience members sitting on the sides, it is often hard to understand the dialogue or monologue when the...continued

I enjoyed this show, but also found myself looking at my phone a lot. The production was well-done and the actors were very good at their craft. I enjoyed it, but I don't know that I'd sit through it again any time soon.
Either way, the theater...continued

I should have known better than to get tickets for this play, having read the description. Even a drastic 're-imagining' can't save it from being a load of nostalgia-soaked sentimental twaddle. The central message appears to be that we are all...continued

Good Production! Good cast! Good technical support.
Thoroughly enjoyed the show, quite a departure from other "Our Towns" I've seen!

Uncomfortable air conditioning (or lack thereof!)

Avoid sitting on stage left side in "B" seats. Lightening from above terribly bright beaming right down on seats. I had to move. When I mentioned it to floor usher he just told me to move and was quite rude. I also mentioned it to stage manager in...continued

This is one of the great American tales. The cast did a great job on this story of middle America small town life at the turn of the century. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this production. I am very familiar with the play, so had high expectations, and was not disappointed. The acting was fantastic by each member of the cast. Thanks for making it a great night!

The theater was hot. The big door behind the stage was open (for air movement, I guess) and contributed to the feeling of watching a rehearsal rather than a finished performance. The attempts at singing, piano and guitar playing sounded...continued

This was a great play about a small New Hampshire town at the turn of the century. The central figures were very believable and acted well.
We loved it and give it 5 stars.

I read a review prior to attending, so was prepared for the minimalist scenery and miming of daily tasks (pouring coffee, opening curtains). I really enjoyed the play. The actors did a superb job.

Excellent acting in a play that brings you back to life at the turn of the century and shows the differences of life today.

Great production. We are still discussing the many messages the play contains. Mixed-race couples were somewhat disconcerting as they were not representative of "Grovers Corners" population at the time period of the play.

It was really well performed, and we had a good time. Lots of old people in the audience! My GF and I were the only ones attending without gray hair. The casting was interesting too. Francis Gercke as George Gibbs was a stretch. He seemed way too...continued
