My friend and I totally loved the tour. Our docent was very knowledgeable, and could not have been nicer. I have lived my life within ten miles of the North End, but had never been there. This trip was the first of many more to come.

Michelle is exceptionally knowledgable, but occasionally difficult to understand due to her accent. She seemed as if she was rushed in the last ten or so minutes. Otherwise, a very good experience.
