No does Shakespeare better than Packer. What seems dense on the page is crystal clear coming out of her mouth. Her "overview" of Shakespeare's treatment of women is fascinating. Don't miss this rare chance to see Packer in an intimate...continued

A lot of Shakespeare in a relatively short period of time. While I appreciate Tina Packer's thesis, I did get a bit tired of the high pitch of the performances of the cuttings from the plays. I will, however, read Henry VI (all of them) again since...continued

I loved the combination of education about Shakespeare and his plays along with the drama/acting of various roles and situations. Wonderfully acted and wonderfully "taught" with obvious love of the content.

I've read a lot of Shakespeare and acted in a few of his plays, so I enjoyed this performance tremendously. I also learned a lot, which I hadn't expected. Tina Packer is brilliant.

Tina Packer analyzes and performs the Women in William Shakespeare in three brilliant groupings: women wearing dresses, who tell the truth and end up dead,"dying to tell the truth", women in pants passing as men, honest, listened to, and...continued
