WELL ATTENDED AND RECEIVED.... PEOPLE SEEMED TO TRULY EMBRACE THIS PERFORMANCE. THE DANCERS WERE WONDERFUL.... THERE WERE MOMENTS THAT WERE QUITE INTENSE, BEAUTIFUL, LYRICAL... LIGHT HEARTED AND EVEN HUMOROUS. IT WAS QUITE LOVELY BUT SOMEHOW FELT...continued

My rating 3.5

Great seats. Great venue. Terrible acoustics. The score was often scratchy. It was reminiscent of the days of mixed tapes when you'd try to capture your favorite song on cassette tape while it was playing on the radio. It was...continued

Was hoping for more of a Scottish flavor. Second half was heavy ponderous German opera (Mahler).. Fell asleep. Not worth even the discounted price.

This ballet was very modern and inventive. I loved the choreography - it was playful and also had serene beauty. Our seats were very close to a balcony railing which partially blocked a corner of the stage. We were able to move over one seat...continued

Excellent classical technique by the company dancing modern pieces. It was refreshing to see something new instead of the same old warhorses that ballet normally presents.

had no expectations since this company has not performed here in 25 years. A young group, but very nice dancers and the pieces performed were very interesting and fun to see.

sublime - the Mahler piece was expertly choreographed blending traditional steps with modern movements.

The 1st part was extremely boring and some of the music overwhelmed the beautiful dance moves. The 2nd part was better but without creative lighting or props of any kind i was lost ,also no explanation of the dance in the program i found is very...continued

Very interesting company with terrific dancers. Both of the pieces were great. I had never seen the McMillan piece before and it was really creative. I wish there had been live music. The Mozart was a poor recording.

Well, I need to say that this was the first opera I have seen in my life. I personally enjoy a wide range of music and dance, but know relatively little about opera.

Now having said that, I will say that the Scottish Ballet absolutely...continued
