It was up beat, dramatic, chilled and "cool" all mixed into one performance. Had a great time.

Not quite like anything I've seen before. Very intense African rhythms, mournful songs, a storyline that is both horrifying and uplifting. The performances were outstanding, especially the two female singers. The dancing was excellent.

OMG! I took my 80-year old mother to see Fela and we had a ball! IT WAS AWESOME! Our seats were great, the parking was $9.00 but way worth it. I could almost go see it again. I would say it's not for children because of some "adult" language and...continued

Powerful performances! Great show full of great music and dancing. It was an extraordinary experience. FELA KUTI was an amazing pioneer who played a significant part in the liberation of Nigerian people.

The show's great. It's the first time I've seen it and the alternate actor played Fela. He was great. Hard to imagine someone better, but it might have been nice to know I was paying to see the alternate.

This was an electrifying pulsating performance of dynamic dancers and musicians. Sahr-Ngaujah (Fela) was sensational and had full command of his multi-facet character role. The stage play was also a true depiction of Fela's life.
