This was such an enjoyable show! The director/actor Peter Moore did a fabulous job, as did the entire cast. Great evening!

No knowledge of show business is needed to be thoroughly entertained by Shadowplay Theatre's production of "I Hate Hamlet". Peter Moore and Brandon Ewald are well balanced as the stars of playwright Paul Rudnick’s contemporary Broadway comedy....continued

If you need laughter in your life, RUN, not walk, to see this production. The performances are terrific, the directing is superb, even the costumes inspire laughter at times. What a delightful evening.

A really fun night at the theater. Director Peter Moore keeps everything moving at a brisk pace, and the stellar cast brings lots of laughs. Hamlet lovers and haters alike should enjoy this.

Terrific show, with laugh-out loud hilarity. The cast was spot-on, bringing us overblown (but somehow believable in the moment) characters. Those familiar with Hamlet and those who "do theatre" may get the most enjoyment out of this play, but...continued

All the actors were great, but the supporting actors portrayed their characatures so well, we were almost rolling off our seats laughing.

Witty, charming, quick, fabulous one liners throughout. "One of my chief regrets during my years in the theater is that I could not sit in the audience and watch me”. John Barrymore.

This is an entertaining and well-done play. Unfortuantly, due to an emergency, I had to leave during intermission. So I did not learn if our hero really had a ghost (pun intended) of a chance at happiness.

I Hate Hamlet is one of the funniest, and well-acted, shows I've seen in Minneapolis in the past several years! The farce never feels stupid or forced, and the dialogue is witty enough that you might consider seeing the show a second time. The...continued

The show was very funny! It was humor that anyone could relate to, regardless of how much you knew about the original "Hamlet". The actors were very convincing and I had a good time. My sister really enjoyed it as well!
