Review from Fredrick Orth

Performers, costumes, set, props were all very good.

The first half of the show was very slow moving before intermission.
Kept waiting for some action.

The second half of the show after intermission was much more lively
and entertaining.

Play was slow in the beginning but picked up later on. I wish there was more tap dancing...the dancers were very good.

We enjoyed the night out and love the Welk Venue...however the show was not up to par. We appreciate the effort of all of the actors but expected a show with much better writing and a lot more tapping! people in our audience , all around us, we're...continued

This was a very amateurish production. Twice during the production, the lighting guy lit up the audience, blinding us. The play could have been better with more dancing (there were two numbers at the end and one solo in the middle). I get the...continued

The show itself is only so-so, but the dancing is wonderful, especially Brenna as the dance master. The other dancers were fine, too. There just wasn't enough of them! Lots of talent on that stage!

Excellent venue. Very helpful staff. Play was just so-so. Somewhat boring.

I was somewhat disappointed that there was not more dancing in the play. The two end numbers were the best. Overall it was entertaining but not exceptional.

Every other Goldstar event we have attended has been great. This show was a big disappointment - the venue, the storyline, and most of the long suffering performance. (Not the performers fault, they did their best.) The clincher was that we had to...continued
