I'm a huge Fela fan and have been for years so if nothing else I loved the music. But beyond that, the lead who played Fela had some serious charisma in the role and had an incredibly strong voice. Fela's mother and Sandra, the American muse were...continued

This is a can't miss event. Superb acting, music, dancing and production design. The story is entertaining and informative. I sat directly in the center of the Mezzanine in the second row, but I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Plan to...continued

It was non stop singing and dancing. You were moving to every beat, Exceptional entertainment with history. Loved the interaction with the audience. Still singing and dancing.

Animated, exciting, energetic. Better as musical than as telling history. Tour de force for all of principal actors, singers and dancers. First rate! Sad that it was not better attended.

This play mixed the best of everything (music, dance, voice and history) while giving voice to a man I never heard of in a country I've only read about.

Absolutely the best musical I've seen in years!

The show was truly exceptional. The costumes, dancer, and stage set-up were a spectacular sight to see. The music was live, as the band played on the stage and the dancers were also singers. There was a lot of talent in the air. Fela tells the...continued

Absolutly great seats! We were a little late and had to sit in overflow for the first act, but those were not bad seats either. Was really shocked after intermission to find that we were row # in center orchestra! Thanks goldstar!
