Amazing, memorable performance! Beautiful dancing by the California Ballet. The storyline was embellished somewhat from the original novel, but isn't that the case with any great novel turned to dance or film? I would definitely recommend this to...continued

The seats I got through this Goldstar promotion were wonderful. Great view from Row F in Orchestra, and could see the dancers' expressions really well. This production was atmospheric and dramatic, perfect for Halloween! The principal dancers...continued

Dancing was beautiful, the "realness" was too intense.

Story told beautifully through dance/ballet. Costumes amazing, dancers amazing, the dancer playing Lucy was 'unbelievable'. Stayed true to G. Stocker's Dracula story. Brought my 8 year old daughter and, altho a couple of parts were borderline...continued

If you have seen the movie then you won't be lost with the plot. Three acts and each one has it's differences. The most of the ballet was in act two.

The performance was gorgeous, with two intermissions. The theatre was lovely, although it was very, very cold.

Dracula by California Ballet was a lovely, darkly atmospheric performance. There was as much acting as dancing, all of which was very well done. We especially enjoyed the Brides of Dracula scenes. Lighting and sound effects were excellent. The...continued

The interpretation and quality of dance was very good, but I was disappointed in the lack of actual ballet. There were scenes where dancers waltzed, and did some modern dance, etc, but I had mistakenly assumed it would be ballet given the company...continued

3 Act ballet which follows the 1992 film. Helps if you have seen the movie. Highlisghts are the dancing of "Lucy" and the "brides of Dracula". I wish "Dracula" would have been a bit more Gary Oldmanish... "Renfield" was cool. Set was neat. Great...continued

This ballet was more of modern dance interpretation versus what i would think of as a ballet. The seats were good. We have always sat on the main floor but will consider the front mezzanine for future performances where cost is more of an issue.

I would have enjoyed this performance so much more if there had been a live orchestra. Really good anyways though! <3 Dracula

I left after the first act of three because it was very boring. There was very little actual ballet dancing. Most of the first act was just dramatic movements without any actual dancing.

Loved the music and the dancers were SO graceful. Such passion and love for their craft! It was a well attended event and I for one was sitting center at the mezzanine level so I had a perfect view! Thanks for a great performance
