THE THEATRE WAS VERY SMALL AND INTIMATE WHICH MADE THE EXPERIENCE MORE LIKE A CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE CAST AND THE AUDIENCE, WHICH REALLY WORKED. BOTH MY GUEST AND I LAUGHED MOST OF THE TIME. WE BOTH AGREED WE HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME.

Foodies! The Musical was very entertaining and funny. There were over a dozen one to five minute sketches and every one of them had me laughing loudly. The venue is small and intimate so one is up close and personal to the four actors. I...continued

I could relate to most everything in the show! The small venue made it seem like the actors were talking to me personally. I saw "Shopping..." and enjoyed this one as much or more. Keep going! How about one on vacations?

I took 2 friends to the show and we had a great time. We had just gone to dinner and the waiter was telling us about customers that ask about the origins of the fish - the chicken number was right on. Great show with great humor and very timely!...continued

The show was very funny. Took my teenagers son and both enjoyed the show. The theater is small so if you have a big group get there early to sit together since there are no assigned sitting. There is a small bar in waiting area. The venue has no...continued

I am a foodie and was so excited to see this. Apparently, the creators of this musical think foodies like eating unlimited amounts of hot dogs and pizza. When they weren't touting tortilla chips, they were lampooning trend-mongers who will wait 3...continued

It's a lighthearted show performed very well. At 75 minutes, just the right length. The writing is sometimes a bit confused: starting out spoofing something and then going off onto a completely different tangent.

I thought it interesting that...continued

It's between didn't like it and it was ok. It started ok. Unfortunately most of it was not about the "foodies" but about eating the food. The gadget song can be written only by somebody who doesn't cook - otherwise they would know that a whisk is...continued

Shelton Theater is small--maybe 100 seats--so all seating is similar. Seating is first come, first served. Located in the basement of a 4 theater building, it has terraced seating, so viewing is good. The night we went there, there was only a...continued

This came from the same mind that created "Shopping! The Musical". If you liked that, than you'll probably like this. It was a lively performance of funny songs by seasoned performers in an intimate setting.

Venue easy to find. Exact location of theatre was not. There are four theatres in the venue, and Foodies has been playing for four years, and no sign to understand where to go. Employees seemed irritated to have to inform customers.

Highly recommend to others as an add on to an evening in San Francisco.

A cute place to take a date. A lot of musical pieces about music. No intermission. Overall, a delightful way to combine with a casual/semi-formal dinner evening.
