New Musical Dark Comedy John Doe, The Ultimate Midlife Crisis Reviews & Ratings
Was a little all over the place. The subtitle was misleading so you kept wondering when the mid life crisis was coming. Lots of fun moments but often wasn't sure if it was supposed to be a comedic or dramatic.report as inappropriate
Interesting premise. Wouldn't go out of my way to see it. Jane Lui who played Julie had the best voice of all.report as inappropriate
This is a very different script, but one that certainly may hit home to many.
Some of the voices were marvelous.
a must see for nurses or people in the health field I liked it and my girlfriend loved it. (she's a nurse)report as inappropriate
I loved the story and premise. Very unique and interesting. The staging was well done and most of the performers were very professional. I especially enjoyed Jane Lui! The script could get worked on a bit, as expected with any new work.report as inappropriate
INteresting story line. Good music. Good acting. Good acousticsreport as inappropriate
The concept of the musical was good but the actors over-acted, the music was cliche with very little thought taken over the music and the lyrics needed work. It was like watching a middle school musical...kinda cheesey.report as inappropriate
Bad writing, bad acting.I long for those Junior High years when the plays and the acting was so much better. This was cliche' after cliche' all put into a blender. The dialogue and songs were horrendous.report as inappropriate
Great show. Wouldn't be surprised if it went on to Broadway!report as inappropriate
Took my 2 girlfriends...all 3 thought it was great. The vocals are good, storyline witty,,actors perfectly cast, Easy parking, starts by 7:30, short intermission, home by 10:15. Nice night out!report as inappropriate
