Unfortunately I was unable to attend this tour. Such a disappointment! I had planned a day of it... I was going to take the train from Fullerton to SJC, but I had problems at home that required my attention; however, I will try again!

Found the tour to be lacking in comparison to the Newport/Balboa tour. At the first stop there were not enough pastries for our group of 14 ( which was two over expected), later more was brought out Loved the Ramos area and the history but feel...continued

Fun tour and a great way to see and learn about a city. We had lots of interesting stops and really good tastings. Met nice people and our guide Lara was really pleasant. I would never have even known about most of the restaurants--but now I will...continued

This is a nice, relaxing, and tasty walking tour. I got to see parts of San Juan Capistrano that I've never seen before - including some of the original adobe structures. The guide knows a lot and is friendly. She took us to a whole bunch of...continued

Fun time. Cute, quaint part of San Juan. Tour guide was nice and accommodating. Don't eat too much before you go. Not too much walking.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Laura, was so personable and energetic. She obviously enjoys what she does. She gave enough interesting history about the area and places we visited without overloading us with...continued

Our tour guide Laura was a friendly and knowledgable lady. She showed us the Los Rios District, and then the main street of San Juan Cap. Enjoyed the food, and the people in the group. The tour got a little slow when people shopped at 'Whim'. ...continued

Devon our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Would have liked a protein food choice and less carbs on the food tour but we found some of the restaurants very interesting and are planning a return visit to check them out.

Our tour guide did an amazing job with giving us history on the area and each unique resturant. But we felt that several of the resturants fell short on their tasting. A tasting is a way for a resturant to offer their signature dishes. So that...continued

Really enjoyed the first 2 stops on the tour and the information about the history of the town. I expect these tours to take me to off the beaten path places known to locals, but not tourists. The other 4 stops were all on the main road and all...continued

The history of the area was sparsely given. Don't plan to come hungry as there was very little tasting until the very end. We didn't go into the first historic building until almost an hour after the start. Two stops were for wine and...continued

The tour guide was completely uninformed about the 'historical' sites. It boardered on a Saturday Night Live skit. 'There's an old house. If it were open, you could find out info about it but I don't know too much'. There were three food stops...continued

This tour has HUGE potential, and had many very enjoyable elements, but didn't quite achieve it on our outing. It started really strong, but faded toward the end, starting with the potato chips with cheese sauce at the Mexican restaurant. A...continued

I went with a bunch of friends to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time. There was a cranky old lady on our tour that kept complaining. We felt sorry for the poor tour guide (I can remember her name. Really pretty, young lady) Anyway, the...continued

Laura was excellent. We will be back to lunch or dinner at some of the dinning establishments. Thank you for offering this walking tour.
