I grew up in NYC and Christmas time always meant we were going to see snow. That's why it is important now that I live in Los Angeles to have an event to go to that can bring back those winter holiday memories. This event brings a little bit of...continued

This event was too expensive for what they offer. There is not much to do once you're inside and everything fun to do costs extra. Only fun thing was the actual ice sculpture room but still wasn't worth the price for admission.

What a disappointment! So pricey and really nothing to do. Parking is $15, and everything else is extra (slide, ice skating). They do try to get you to spend money on photos, gifts and food as well. The ice skating wasn't open when we were there,...continued

Its a very cool concept but there isn't much to do. Thank God we bought tickets off this site and didn't pay full admission to get it because its not worth 25.00 at all! Theres 3 small rooms filled with ice sculptures to view and a ice slide...continued

Brrrrrrrrrrrr--$$$$$$$$$$--Zzzzzzzzzz
There was not enough to do for the offensively high prices they were asking for each activity item. Admission is $25 plus a service fee of 1.75 unless you get it from Goldstar which is half-price and your...continued

I am giving the event only 3 stars because of the expense. If it was more reasonably priced, I would give it a 5! The ice sculptures are truly amazing and worth seeing. We skipped the ice tubing because it was $12.95 per person. We did ice...continued

VERY cold in the ice room (7 degrees). They give you warm long parkas. Most amazing art form. Be sure to go down the slide at least once. There is lots of fun for children and adults. Don't buy the skating or tubing tickets till you get inside...continued

Beautiful...just beautiful. A must see. I would NOT have paid the full price of $24.95 however. Thanks to Goldstar, we got in for $16.50 each. Perfect. And something people may not know, your admission price includes boarding the Queen Mary. ...continued

Completely over priced. Stations were too far apart and there was very little there. Everything cost extra including a ten dollar hot dog. Admission should have been free, truly.

Then, to add insult to injury, they charged $15.00 for parking.
What a rip off. RIP OFF!!!!!

We took our two year old son to see this and he enjoyed the actual ice sculptures and his eyes were everywhere. It had a Disney feel to it once you're in. The whole experience was about 20 minutes give or take. It was definitely a winter...continued

We were excited to know this holiday event was in our home town. The parking fee was a surprise. Thank goodness we had enough cash to pay for it. The wait for the line to get in was about 20 minutes, which is too long for a 2 year old. We...continued

We went on a weekday at 6pm and wished we had gone earlier in the day so we could enjoy it much more! The courtyard surrounding the entrance to the CHILL is so picturesque with one holiday vignette after another. Bring your camera - you will no...continued

This is a great way to spend a couple of hours, the ice carvings in the old Spruce Goose hanger were truly beautiful. At full price we may have been disappointed, but at Goldstar pricing it was very well worth the money and time spent. Due to...continued

A nice, affordable way to spend a couple hours. Great for children. However, you have to pay separately for ice skating and the place doesn't validate the $15 parking fee.

My 6 year old had a great time. My wallet did not have a great time - Everything was so expensive. The parking at $15 is just obscene.

Queen Mary was disorganized with the event. Ticket/will-call window did not open until after 10am. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to get tickets once they opened as they only had 1 window open.

Once inside, the Ice Kingdom was awesome. Be...continued
