This was beyond disappointing- no ice sculptures! It was just a faux snow village with Alice in Wonderland inflatables- if I wanted to see Alice stuff, I would have gone to Disney! Lines were not fast moving either (think tubing slide) and I think...continued

I liked it and I hope they will do it again. I would advise you dress very warmly...it is 12 degrees! I had wished I brought a scarf, hat and gloves! They do provide a parka (thank God) because I would have froze! I would also advise to go at...continued

The actual Chill was amazing. It was fascinating to see all the ice sculptures. However, it was cold as Alaska in there. The only bad part was that we couldn't go tubing because it was sold out for the day. It was worth the price I paid. Not sure...continued

I thought this would be a great holiday event for the family. We went and it was such a small venue and way over sold. Long lines. It looked better on TV than what it actually was. We all live and learn from our mistakes. This was definitely a...continued

It was a huge waste of money and time. First you stand in line for 2 hours, all the sculptures are made of plastic, there may be Ice inside them but the sculptures themeselves are plastic. I felt like we were lied to.

Upon entering it was cute... but once you find out there are additional fees for some of the stuff to see it seemed crazy expensive. Even at less than HALF capacity there were long lines for the Ice Tubing, and the slides within The Ice Kingdom. ...continued

Great Family Fun! Also, great for all ages and all individuals. There are food and drinks available, arts and crafts for sale, and of course Santa Clause. You also get to go on the Queen Mary on your own self guided tour. A lot of fun for the...continued

Our 5-year-old son had a great time and there was a decent amount of attractions to keep little ones entertained. Would probably take him again.

The ice sculptures are really big and really cool. And there are 2 ice slides inside that the kids can slide down. My 5 year old loved it. It is really cold inside so dress warm and wear their parkas. And if you are taking pictures inside wear...continued

I'm just really glad I didn't pay full price for these tickets. I had been to a similar ice thing in Dallas before, and it was HUGE. Chill at the Queen Mary seemed less "chill" and more "fair". To get to the entrance, you had to walk all around...continued

It was a fun family day and you can't help but to get in the holiday spirit when you see the decorations and displays. Looking forward to next season.

It was fun and beautiful. I would really recommend gloves. This place has much more to offer for children and I would not have paid full price to attend. They also charge for everything: skating, tubing and gingerbread houses, be prepared. Other...continued

The ice sculptures are amazing and the experience was pretty fun. Layer up and dress warm because it is almost intolerably cold inside. I was dressed for skiing with gloves with hand warmers and still froze although it was mostly my nose. ...continued

This was a great experience! I took my two daughters, son-in-law and 5-year-old grandson and we all had an awesome time. The ice sculptures were amazing and it was a good thing they offered big, warm parkas to wear as it was very cold.
