It was a chorus of chorus; a very good orchestra; very talented performers. The disappointment was no connection to peacemaking, Martin Luther King's history, and the second half devoted to the "war" of "war and peace."

Film footage of all aspects of war, from opening to reconstruction, accentuated by beautiful requiem music, large orchestra and choral as the backdrop. Breathtaking performance. No political position is taken. The facts speak for themselves, but...continued

This was a very good concert.

I loved the Croation chorus- the girls being animalted in the last Jenkins piece was very interesting. I also enjoyed the first and last Jenkins pieces - it was very inovative and exciting.

This was a magnificent concert! Francisco Nunez, conductor and composer of the first part of the program is a CONSUMATE MAESTRO. The second part of the program was absolutely poignant and also wonderfully conducted by the composer. Absolutely,...continued

This concert was really in three different parts, the second one being sung in Croatian. And each of the parts was better than the next. The Sounds of War and Peace segment was truly moving, enhanced by a video presentation. It was great.

Although I've been to Carnegie Hall, I haven't experienced a show in the Stern Auditorium. It was a gorgeous venue and the seats were amazing! The show deviated from the norm which piqued my interest throughout the concert.

Reminded me of a school event. A lot of the audience members see to be comprised of relatives of the chorus group. The music that was composed was not that great. It was just okay. It is an hour followed by a break and then some more music...continued

Anyone who likes choral music should definitely listen to Karl Jenkins. This same group will play more of his music next MLK weekend.
