Stupid, not funny and horrible acing. Other than that it was perfect.

This production was abysmal! The fault probably lies largely with the director, who had the actors all facing out to deliver their lines to the audience rather than the people on stage who they were supposedly talking to. (The actors probably...continued

Well done by Morgan-Wixson, as usual. Joe Orton wrote this comedy in 1966 yet the satire rings true today, especially his take on the medical establishment, the government, religion and, of course, sex.

Good work by all actors at pacing. Nice set & costumes. Director held things together well. One problem was that the stage was too big for this show, as was the set. Overall, a good time was had by all.

I liked the play, but my husband had a difficult time with the accents of the cast.

Very good play. Keeps you laughing in this traditional farce. Venue is very nice, established theater.

Had a great theater experience. The box office opens at 7:30 p.m. (half hour before the show starts). They should open the box office at 7 p.m. so that the line to get tickets isn't so long. ALSO: they originally gave me seats that were occupy...continued

The cast was great and really gave it their best, but the show fell short...to say it nicely. British humor is not everyone's "cup of tea," and it certaintly wasn't for this crowd. We made it through Act 1 without a single laugh. Ouch!

Did not find it very funny. Seats were on the side but OK. Small theater so not really a bad seat anywhere. Parking easy at a nearby city parking lot.

Goldstar's service was outstanding, as always. I thought that the theater was lovely and that the play was clever and funny. It was fast-paced and rather intellectual, which I appreciate; and I had to stay alert to catch all of the irony and...continued

It's a very good play, very funny lines. Several people said that it was too slow, the pacing was off, but I think they problem was lack of tension and intensity. The best performance was Frank Weidner as "Nicholas Beckett" - he played the part...continued

Theatre was too warm even for an evening show.
Plot was confusing. Had nothing to do with a "Butler".
Acting was subpar except for the actor playing the constable.
Almost walked out at intermission

The two stars are for the Morgan-Wixson Theater itself, the people that work the doors and ushers. The set was fantastic. It's so rare to find great sets in Los Angeles theater. The sex farce genre is a favorite of mine and I've never seen a Joe...continued
