Previews are wonderful! You know the show hasn't officially opened so you always feel privileged to see it before everyone else! The cast was exceptional, especially the lead actor and supporting cast, who were all in fine voice during the...continued

The show was well-directed, acted and staged. However, I don't think there was enough
meat in the underlying story to carry the play.

This was a very original productions, and much more than a musical. it was opera, rap, show tunes and poetry. It was often hard to watch, the subject matter is going to be challenging for some folks. We liked it, for all those reasons...and we...continued

awesome performance. very innovative in combing opera style singing with hip-pop; very smart stage design and great story telling as well; brought the story of an often ignored population under the stage light. highly recommended

Liked it, didn't love it. Conceptually an interesting piece of theatre. It's "just right" if you pay a Goldstar ticket price.

The show is delightful, original and timely, heart rending. However, the seating in the mezzanine at ACT is awful, no leg room, the rows are much to close together.

This play was based on fact and was creatively done. Unfortunately, we needed subtitles in English as we couldn't understand the sung English and missed some of the plot.

Fabulous entertainment - this should have a GREAT run off broadway and all over the country. Hope it does well. The actors were terrific and the 75 minutes went by all too quickly.
