The play was very cleverly done. Subject matter of why he didn't call for help was right on the button. Fear of discrimination and retaliation prevents one from taking action. Beautiful singing by all actors. Very realistic. Enjoyed it very much

Wondered how they were going to be able to make a show out of being stuck in an elevator, but was pleasantly surprised by the work. There were some parts where the pace/music dragged, diction was not always clear solely due to where the lead...continued

First of all the seats at ACT are the most uncomfortable seats around. I felt like I was being tortored sitting in this seat. I could relate to the delivery guy trapped in the elevator. Other than that I do not think this was a great performance,...continued

Stuck Elevator was definitely a...unique musical. Though it was hard to keep the eye trained on sometimes monotonous staging (namely one guy in a dark elevator), the cast was absolutely stellar, and the message and illustration of the...continued

The show was creative in its presentation of a good, but limited idea. To its credit,
it wasn't restricted by its theme or setting and tried imaginatively to overcome these physical restrictions by presenting the deliveryman's thoughts, dreams and...continued

This was a thoroughly
enjoyable event. It was both poignant and educational presented with fine performances and moving musical lyrics. A creative theatre musical not to be missed!

Stuck Elevator is an interesting, brave attempt to tell a story that is not often found in American theater. Focusing on the life of Chinese deliveryman, who is stuck in an elevator for 81 hours, the play sheds light on a person that is often...continued

I found this play beautiful and haunting. I recommend it, but you might want to try the headphones offered in the lobby for the hearing impaired. The play is sung mostly in English with Chinese subtitles. I think we needed English subtitles too....continued

The play was great, thoughtful, entertaining, and very well done. The music was lovely and I highly recommend the play. It has important things to say, and it also has humor. It would have been even better if we had bought downstairs.
