I thoroughly enjoyed the Pianist. Program was just long enough and I was held captivated by the piano playing (in addition to the story)

Mona Golabek is (no news here) a first class pianist, who uses her music, her craft, her genius at the keyboard to convey her mother's story. Her mother's story is a story enmeshed in the Holocaust. We are witness to the strength of the human...continued

Our seats were very good and we loved the play. Parking was easy. It was surprising that the theater wasn't full. The only thing was that we paid $23 dollars per ticket and on the ticket the price was listed as $22. Not much of a bargain!

The performance was excellent. Our seats were the last (topmost) row of the balcony of the theater. I would never have knowingly purchased such tickets. I would far prefer to pay a little more and know I can see the play than to be put in the...continued

The story was extremely moving and Ms. Golabek is a FANTASTIC pianist. This is a "Don't Miss" production. Also, my seat was SUPER - 2nd row center!

Wonderful show. Definitely worth seeing. Very few stories about the Holocaust are uplifting. Although there is tragedy, there is also much perseverance, kindness, luck and talent that transcends the loss.

I loved it. I also saw the play in April. This time we were in the balcony on the left side and was able to see her piano performance.. The music was wonderful but by the end, it was emotionally draining.

One of the most remarkable shows we have ever seen. It is extremely emotional, beautifully performed by an excellent pianist and actress. Must go and see.

Outstanding show, both as beautifully rendered concert and as compelling, touching human story. Mona Golabek is a world treasure. She put a whole new face on the Holocaust story, one which must continue to be told to future generations. Her...continued

The obstructed view in AA row of the balcony diminished the experience. Had to sit/bend forward to see anything downstage. Although the theatre offered pillows to help raise the seat, they were insufficient to solve the problem.

Very moving. A compelling story, made all the more so because the it was true and personal to the narrator. Golabeck has a good voice, tells the story well. A small, personal story, but very much worthwhile seeing. There wasn't a dry eye in the...continued

A GREAT Theatre Experience. The very first line of the play is "My name is Mona Golabek and I am a pianist." that is the most important line in the production because Mona is exceptional at the piano and her music makes the piece.
Second only to...continued
