Great performance by the main character.

Some thoughts on the play: The title may be taken two ways. Originally, it was a metaphor applied to literary work written by a professional writer but ascribed to a celebrity whose experiences were being written about. Because the actual...continued

superb acting (especially lead Susan Lynskey) and all-around production, fascinating, clever, unusual script. Must-see for those who love language--and punctuation!

What a great show, a tour de force for Susan Lynsky. It's thrilling to have this great company right here in Old Town. With quality like this, who needs New York?

Excellent play, cast, staging - a "couldn't-be-better" ensemble (including typewriter!). Mystery, bitterness, humor well-mixed for a very enjoyable experience for the theater-goer.

I wasn't familiar with this play, nor had I read the reviews. So I was delighted to discover how entertaining it is. The cast is excellent, but I have to single out Susan Lynskey, who is superb! Full stop.

Lovely play for Spring. Tightly written--every line is meaningful. It will not leave you untouched. Wonderfully acted. Well worth the time and price.

Sterling performances by all. Most impressive. Well worth seeing.
p.s. I would love it if this theater received a huge donation to improve the uncomfortable seating, however. ;-)

I really enjoyed this show. I thought Susan Lynskey was fantastic. I have seen her in other plays and she is a superb actress. I was expecting the play to be a more typical mystery, but this almost 1 woman show certainly held my interest.

Outstanding acting and an interesting and engaging story - we loved it! Also love the intimate feeling of the theatre - a great experience. My only complaint is that my read end was absolutely numb after sitting for 90 minutes straight. Those...continued

Paul Morella is a favorite of mine as a result of the many superb productions in which he has starred. I am unfamilliar with the two female stars but both were very good. The female lead was excellent. In all the performance was most enjoyable and...continued

What a terrific theatre experience! The writing was excellent and the performances were flawless. The lead actress fully inhabited her roll, and through parts of the play I found myself leaning forward, feeling drawn into the language and her...continued

Ghost-Writer is a most unusual theatrical experience with an award-winning cast that includes Susan Lynsky giving a brilliant performance. We urge all in the DC area to see this show before it closes on June 2.

The show was very well done, lead actress was surely competent, but the theater was very warm which distracted from the pleasure of the experience.
