I went expecting to dislike the show, not being a fan of contemporary music, popular or classical. But I was pleasantly surprized. It's like a pop opera with continuing recitatives. It's a cute story. I believe that James Gardiner will receive...continued

Really nice show from Signature's SigLab, which means it's sort of a "work in progress." While the music/score was not particularly memorable, the show itself was entertaining and a lot of fun.

SPIN was spectacular... I LOVED IT! I went in a bit apprehensive since it was basically sold as a "try out" for a show that wasn't ready for prime time. WHAT A JOY! This cast was fabulous , the music delightful- not hard rock, modern and...continued

Really a tremendous production. The male lead's voice was crystal clear so one could understand every word. Dancing was right on. Lighting enhanced the performance. All the songs were new pieces and not one was a dud

We really enjoyed it. It was a fun, memorable evening at the theater. Time and money well spent. The little boy playing the grandson was amazing. Female lead seemed miscast. Male lead great, good acting and voice. The tap dancing queen was...continued

For a show that's still in "workshop" mode this is an excellent effort and a really really really entertaining show! A steal of a deal if you ask me! Follow the link for a full review.

Very talented group of performers. The show was entertaining but is still in development. Act two is great. Act one needs to be tightened up.
bottom line it was a fun night!

Saw this in workshop and liked it; an even better experience in this production with orchestra and sets. Terrific performers, especially Bobby Smith.

* Allison Reynolds (Erin Driscoll) plays Jessie's teacher & Evan's date with the patience of a teacher.

Excellent performance, even with some glitches in scenery, etc. Voices are strong, the story is tender and funny, acting is great. The ending left you hanging a bit, and the final song is not a great wrap up, but totally enjoyable nonetheless. ...continued

For Me "Spin" was a fun night at the theater. It is well directed, well rehearsed, and well played with a great set and lighting. The studio chorus sang and danced very well. James Gardiner did a very good job with a very challenging roll...continued

I enjoyed the show a lot-as I was watching it, because it moved rapidly, but my main problems occurred with trying to picture this "making it" on Broadway. First of all, I had the feeling that I had seen and heard all this before, even though...continued

This is a talented cast. I liked the whole thing. The second half seemed tighter than the first act. It was like going to an entertaining Broadway show. The audience loved it! They got a standing ovation at the end.

A wonderful show! Everything about this performance was top notch. The acting, singing, dancing and story were just great and all the performances could not have been better. The usual quality you always get at Signature Theatre.

This pre-production had nothing pre about it. The performers were first rate, songs fun and touching and story good. I thoroughly recommend it.

Spin is highly entertaining - the story is good, it's funny, the songs have great melodies and lyrics, and the singing is awesome! Only one complaint - the daughter who admittedly was a big heavy was made more so and looked very uncomfortable in...continued

Performances are good. The book is a little predictable, but an enjoyable evening overall. Carolyn Cole gave a great performance.
