The show is worth seeing as a work in progress. The cast is quite good, we all know and love the story.
The show needs about 18 weeks of an intense old-style pre-broadway tour. The kind where throughout the run songs get discarded / added,...continued

I expected so much and was deeply disappointed. There wasn't one song - and remember this is a musical- that stuck in my mind because ALL the songs sounded the same. The cast tried, I am sure, to pull it all together but it just didn't come about....continued

So much fun! Every member of the cast had beautiful voices and strong characters! Original music enjoyable! Great dancing scenes. Worth seeing!

Sleepless in Seattle did not convey well into a play format. Though the actors did their best and were talented, the script, music, costumes, and overall production were awful.
We left at intermission.

The stand out actor is the son. I thought he was excellent in the role. The other main actors were good too even with all the substitutions the night we went.

Nothing memorable about the music or performance. The ending was predictable - I had seen the movie. A good effort, but the play was only "cute". Would not recommend this for serious musical lovers.

What a well done new musical. Great performances, especially by the leads. Some of the songs could become popular. Creative presentation of the different subscenes.
If you liked the movie you will like the play. If you didn't like the movie you...continued

It was good. It is a nice venue. I did not feel it was especially remarkable.

Absolutely charming...for all the romantics out there. It got a standing ovation last night. The kid is amazing.

Unfortunately this was not the production we were hoping for. I can not believe this is Broadway bound, I think. The film as everyone probably knows is wonderful. we didn't feel like it translated well into this musical. The theater was ungodly...continued

Show was great. Stuck very close to the movie. Music was good but nothing stuck to leave the theater singing any songs. Casting was good! A very fun evening

Lovely production--as expected at the Playhouse. Good cast, well-directed.
The score was not memorable, and I missed Efron's humor in the book. Since I knew how the story would turn out, I kept wishing it would happen faster.

The evening does not bode well when the understudy is going on for the lead actress.....When looking at source material, creators need to ask themselves: does it sing? Does it need to sing? SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE does not need to sing. The score...continued

Went to a preview performance on 05/28, and it was enjoyable. Some of the singing voices were a bit off tonight, but it didn't completely mar the show. Outstanding were the actors that played Annie, Walter, and Jonah (that kid has an amazing...continued

Saw the preview and it's not bad. It's a cute story with nice music. The women are all excellent actors and singers. The actor who played Walter was also phenomenal. Some of the other actors needed some polishing, but it was a preview, so I'm...continued

Good voices, but poor music and choreography make for a pretty old fashioned sliw show.
