Most hilarious production of MSND I've ever seen. Beautiful venue (woods for the lovers to run around in). Good band with new songs.

Play was wonderful--great cast, very well done, and funny. Picnic area leaves a lot to be desired. There are only a few tables, and they are covered in ants. No place to put down a blanket that wasn't in mud, weeds, or on an anthill.

A Midsummer Night's Dream is my favorite Shakespearean comedy and this production didn't disappoint. Finding the venue originally was a bit tricky, judging from the address on GoldStar I was directed to Wilshire Blvd, instead of off Sepulveda and...continued

Fun, energetic, and highly entertaining performance by actors who weren't just reciting Shakespeare, but truly understood what they were saying.

Had a nice picnic before the performance. Bring sweaters- it gets chilly. A fun evening. Something different to do. A professional performance done in a lovely setting.

I'm no active member of the theatre community and, therefore, I don't see plays or musicals often. But this one was my first in a very long time and I have to say it was quite enjoyable - you can never go wrong with a comedy. The only downside was...continued

Midsummer Nights Dream at the Japanese Gardens on the huge VA Campus in Westwood was magical with Japanese ponds and footbridges, Koi and turtles. The improvised theater was anchored by a large tree and entrances and exits were made through the...continued

The performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream was thoroughly enjoyable! The actors were very talented and energetic, and it was a cleverly crafted variation on the usual play, with music, singing and lots of humor! We loved it!

This was our first time attending the Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles and we were not disappointed. The grounds are beautiful and rural. Being able to picnic before the play makes it so much more than just seeing a show. You would think you are...continued
