This music was much more than I expected. It was full of imagery and emotion. I was moved all throughout the program and not just emotionally, it actually made me want to move to the music while I was in my seat. I left the syphony hall in a...continued

Great seats - although someone in the row over talked through the first half - unbelievable how people behave. The music was fantastic!

Enjoyed an afternoon with good performance. Britten's Double Concerto wan my favorite and the sound of viola made me happy. There were lots of people falling a sleep. I guess it is one way to have a happy hour.

A pleasant enough afternoon. The highlight was Britten's Double Concerto for Violin & Viola. The soloists, Vinocour and Barantschik are, respectively, first chair/concertmaster with SFS. It was delicious to hear their virtuosity literally...continued

Lovely concert, seats were fairly good and a good deal for the price.

Ticket confirmation could have given more detail about pre-concert talk at 7PM

The Honneger is nothing special, but the Britten is much better than expected for an unpublished work of a teenager. Its slow movement is very special. The Sibelius 2nd was last done at SF Symphony only two years ago, so another one should have...continued

Unfortunately the Symphony had no record of our reserved tickets; fortunately they had seats even better than the ones we'd bought. The orchestra is sensational.

Excellent performances by conductor, soloists, and entire orchestra - a great program. Very easy to pick-up tickets at will call before the show. Great price for tickets in great seats. Will definitely do this again.

Excellent performance. The Double Concerto included masterful performances by violinist Barantchik and violist Vinocour. The Sibelius was lovely as well. ("Like" the Symphony on Facebook and get the same deal on tickets without paying the GS fee.)

The performance was spectacular, very well executed. The service, from arrival to ticketing to seating to departure was seamless. It was nice to see this performance in the middle of the day--I don't think that I would have otherwise done this...continued
