This young and talented cast led us back in time with this 1905 melodrama. Between scenes, the performers' incredible singing talents were highlighted with musical olios (musical sketches.) I was particularly impressed with the three women who...continued

The actors/actresses were absolutely fantastic. Laughed, booooooooo..d and hissed, and cheered for the heroes in the play (of which there were several). Very professionally done. Each of the olios and interludes were well done and fit in to...continued

The show was a lot of fun and good for the whole family. Acting was a bit uneven but there was some excellent performances by the main villain and Bucko, the orphaned heroine. Singing interludes also very funny. The frankfutter song was...continued

Thoroughly enjoyed. The players put their hearts into the performance. Singing a treat. Arrived a little early and had a lovely walk along the river, too. Great night.

The casting was very good and showed many talented actors and singers. Bonco was exceptional. The setting is great and the pace of the show was excellent. It certainly provided an evening away from reality.

A really fun night. The play is a great melodrama where you can boo and hiss the villian in each scene. The riverboat is a beautiful venue where you can enjoy the water and light of downtown St Paul.

This was really a nice performance. The cast was very talented and they did a nice job of creating a show that was reflective of a late 19th Century showboat melodrama with a number of Vaudeville elements thrown in (the penicillin piece was nice,...continued

Classic melodrama. Good audience reactions/participation. Excellent olios -- especially the dueling divas and the barbershop quartet!!
