Great show. Really enjoyed it. The script wonders a bit but as Mr. Kilmer explained afterwards, it's still a work in progress. First time at the Kirk Douglas theatre, very nice place to watch a show.

I had no idea what to expect when I went to this show. I had heard Val on the radio a few times promoting this show and because of what a great sharp wit he had wanted to go just to support him as an actor. What Val does with this character is...continued

I was totally mesmerized by the incomparable Val Kilmer's One-man performance of his rendition of Mark Twain. It was like being in the presence of the real Mark Twain, at least what I would presume to be him. Val showed how truly talented he...continued

In one word, amazing. Val Kilmer *was* Mark Twain. It was fun that we were able to interact with him at times during the play. It is apparent that Val invested a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this character. I also enjoyed the Q&A after...continued

It was a series of quotes and one liners. When he started to get into stories that required an attention span longer than 5 seconds he would throw in another one liner. It was more caricature than character. Glad I didn't pay full price

Not only did I get a front row seat at the Kirk Douglas theatre but Val Kilmer, as Mark Twain, brought me on stage at some point! I was simply in the right place at the right time. Before I knew it, I was rubbing the pained shoulder of Mark Twain...continued

Val Kilmer delivers a powerful and poignant performance as the wise and witty American icon, Samuel Clemens. Kilmer, who wrote the one-man play, "Citizen Twain", frequently interacts with the audience during the show. It is as if Mark Twain has...continued

Val Kilmer was great in the pay and before & after the play...he did an excellent job by intertwining some current events into his show...if you are a fan of Val Kilmer, this is a must!...if you're not sure, you will become a fan

Val Kilmer remained on stage after the performance while his makeup was removed in order to take questions from the audience and interact for 20 min... that was awesome... not to mention him walking around the audience before the start of the show...continued
