I saw Glen Close in Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles and jumped at the chance to see the play again. Awesome job by the cast. Very well done with minimal sets. Clever use of the film version.

The show was great, an incredibly talented cast and wonderful sets and staging! We thorougly enjoyed it. And, I needed wheelchair seating for my mom, and that worked out very well, as those seats are in the front row. The Carpenter Performing...continued

Great performance. I enjoyed it. The Carpenter Performing Arts Center always has great professional performed shows. I would recommend all events at this location.

I've seen Sunset Boulevard performed by two touring companies prior to this and this production was the best! The performers, the orchestra and the sets were all first-rate! The Carpenter Performing Arts Center is an excellent facility with good...continued

Seats were better than expected....center, Row R...a little further back than we normally sit at the Carpenter but this was a sold out and last performance of Sunset Blvd. The show was outstanding.

One of the few major ALW musicals I had not previously seen was well executed with a great film noir/Hollywood gothic story

Excellent cast. Can't complain about the singing, acting, and overall quality of the show. Except for about 3 songs, however, most of the other songs were not memorable.

A beautiful production with strong performances from the 4 leads; Valerie Perri, David Burnham, Norman Large and Ashley Fox Linton. The large orchestra plays the fantastic orchestrations to perfection. "Sunset Boulevard" hasn't been seen in LA...continued

Great to hear that haunting score again. It's a tough show to pull off as so much is required, or even demanded by the audience as far as sets. Musical Theatre West did an impressive job of creating Norma Desmond's mansion on stage. More then...continued

Excellent job by everyone involved. top-notch acting & singing by leads & chorus. Good use of space, lots of Hollywood action, etc. Wish they had left Betty a blonde, her dark wig was a bit much. Also noticed that the sets & costumes were rented...continued

Very nice theater, most seats were good seats. Our seats were almost dead center in the last few rows, the theater was small enough to enjoy the view, but I always bring my binoculars because I like to see the detail in the costumes. And oh were...continued

This was a fantastic production . The staging, actor/singers, and orchestra were all outstanding. The sound system at the Carpenter is one of the best in southern Ca. and you can hear every spoken or song word. There are no bad view lines and the...continued

Excellent performances - quality acting. A dark play, though professionally executed, it would not be for everyone.
