Unfortunate experience. Car difficulty and could not attend. Had no other was of getting there, since I'm in San Rafael and too late to wait for a bus. Sorry. Thom Painchaud

Great performance. Acting, directing, script were all awesome. The description did not do this production justice. So I almost chose not to attend. But I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend it.

This was an enjoyable show. I'd give it a solid B. Acting good but not stellar. Script good but not stellar. There was some interesting stuff included about the US/Mexican border that I found intriguing and educational. I would recommend...continued

This was a study of worthwhile themes presented in a sophomoric manner. The dialog was ham handed, and the themes while worthwhile and worthy of discussion were trivialized to the point of being cliche. The acting with a couple of exceptions was...continued

play is very current about a man who falls in love in mexico and then tries to get his partner back to the states. it has poignant moments, but is too long. it can easily be shortened and tighted up. actors were good

Well acted story about an important issue today - immigration. The story line takes into account the recent DOMA decision and same-sex couples being able to get a green card for their partner. The script includes a man who realized he preferred...continued

We absolutely loved this show! It takes you through the lives of the characters all coping with the turns that life can throw at you. It covers such a relevant subject matter for our time. I shed a tear more than once.

A thoughtful, powerful drama. Much more than an "issue" play, American Dream has great characters and actors - and some deeply resonant ideas that I keep rolling around in my mind.

interesting and stimulating play that brings up many of the current issues around immigration. The plot seems over-contrived at times, but still worthwhile. Very fine set design/staging. Excellent theater space, well maintained.

Wonderful. Great job. I am a gay Mexican, and I felt that the play reflect a reality that no many people talks about. Here, you can see the two sides of the "moon" All the way through is exiting, beautiful, and well done. Love is love and come on...continued

I liked the play a lot. Well acted, good story, nice small scale setting. Though I didn't get to pick seats through Goldstar, I was happy with what we got. An entertainment bargain!
