I'm afraid that I am of a generation where this isn't "cutting edge", it's "history". Everything old is new again.... Women/man hashing over the past, trying to put their experiences into context.

Woulda/coulda/shoulda. If it feels good, do...continued

Really enjoyed the play...love Amy Brenneman, but the babysitter made the play. Seats were poor...4th row against the wall, left side. Unable to see stage left.

Smart, acerbic writing at times, but the play stops dead in the first act for a half hour lecture on feminsim and never really recovers. The cast works hard, but the characters seem like stand ins for intellectual positons (bored housewife,...continued

The Geffen Playhouse is an amazing venue - comfortable seats, great lighting, and intimate. The show was wonderful. Both my girlfriend and I had a great time. The show was brilliantly written, set design was well constructed, and actors on point!...continued

From start to finish this fabulous play delivered an entertaining performance by top notch actors, inspiring thought provoking conversations. It was a tapestry of history and real life emotions about relationships.

Funny, thoughtful play> It veers into a little twinkling fantasy playing out, what I guess that we often think, oh the things we might have done if only... What? Theater with some ideas. Wow. Combined with good acting and some terrific lines made...continued

I was surprised at how great our seats were! The play was terrific. Great writing and acting. We enjoyed the whole experience. The Geffen is a great venue with lots of restaurants nearby. I encourage anyone to use Goldstar.

Parking great; theater nice; show, not so much. A lengthy and dull treatise on feminism offered by three generations of disappointed women. The pop culture clichés offered by the "hot doomsday chick" (herself a cliché) fail to enlighten, despite...continued

Pleasant= comedy= especially for women on roles in home or workplace.
Direction could have been brisker.
Good seats.

Purchased Rear Mezzanine and the theatre was kind enough to "upgrade" me to Orchestra since the theatre wasn't as well sold as it could have been. That was a nice treat!

The second act was better than the first but it was a disappointment after reading the reviews. I was expecting a better comedy.

we received excellent tickets in the fourth row side section. the show had a very slow first half but it built the story and the second half moved faster and was enjoyable. The acting was excellent.

Well acted and an engaging story but it's too long and too "talky" - trying to squeeze in the history of the women's movement during an evening of theater is a difficult task!
