Long line to get in, about 20 minutes.
People bought tix from different sites, some HAD to bring printed tix, Goldstar did not (thank you!) so the process was confusing and the one person staffing the line couldn't clarify.

Ridiculous long will call line. Ridiculous long line to get lift tickets. Spent half the experience in a line. Not impressed.

The will call line wrapped around the building. Then there was another long line for the lift tickets. Really poorly planned. Wouldn't go back even with free tickets!

The festival was nice but very crowded. It was hard to look at the booths as the walkways were so packed. I really like AT&T Park, but I think the location last year better at Fort Mason due to the poor traffic flow at AT&T Park.
