Our seats were all the way to the side, and though it's a thrust stage and we were able to see most of the set, it meant that several of the actors' backs were turned to us a substantial portion of the time. That said, it's an entertaining...continued

I love the play but I went to see a low price preview. The actors really didn't have the timing down yet and a lot of the jokes fell like lead balloons. That is a risk of going to a preview. I learned my lesson.

Outstanding actors, intimate venue, and an engaged audience (lots of laughter) made this a thoroughly enjoyable production! Costumes were well done and set was nice.

Fun! Great location, wonderful venue, except for our seats were just okay...(we were seated directly above the stairwell on the side and a wood panel blocks a small part of the stage). Play is fun, actors were wonderful. Staff were kind, snacks,...continued

One of the best performance I have seen in a very long time. I have seen "The Importance of being Earnest" many times and this is the performance every. My wife and I were very happy. Try to get good seat in front of the stage. Parking was a bit...continued

A great show and loved the theater, so convenient to Old Town station, went on the Coaster from Oceanside.

The play was very funny. The only thing I would improve would be for the actors to slow the speech down just a little as the actors spoke so quickly that it was sometimes hard to understand everything they said--especially, with English accents.

As usual, Cygnet does another really fine production. Hilarious, well-acted and directed, and with my favorite local actress, Linda Libby.

I love going to Cygnet Theater! The settings are meticulous, the actors are well cast, and the material, that I've seen, is exciting.

Having recently seen the opera, Oscar, I had to see this show.
The relationship between the two Earnests, the...continued

We were assigned great seats (altough the arrangement of this cozy theatre is nearly all good seating). The set design was creative and convincing. This is a well known play, and plot predictacable- yet it is quick, and humorus.
It is one of the...continued

Very entertaining show. So many twists and turns to the story line. Always kept you guessing. The actors, sets, and venue were perfect.

A 26 year old female new to theater I did not know what to expect. The outside looks like an old barn, so I immediately thought country and this cannot be good. Looks can be deceiving. The drinks were relatively cheap and the foods was ok for a...continued

A little hard to understand in the beginning until you get used to the accents. Seats on the side made it harder to hear and understand the dialog. Actors did a great job.
